Solutions for online shops
Short answer
Shops rarely call us to rebuild the shop — they call us to fix what is around it: retyping orders into stock, invoicing by hand, complaints in e-mail, customer service still typing the same answers. We build integrations, automations and a chatbot onto the existing platform. The platform stays; the work around it changes.
01What we build for shops
Guided by where the time goes.
- 01Shop ↔ stock ↔ accounting integration, so an order is not retyped by hand.
- 02Automatic order processing — matching payments, creating invoices, carrier data.
- 03Complaints and returns as a process with a status, not an e-mail thread.
- 04A customer chatbot — delivery, sizing, availability, order status once connected.
- 05Reports that reconcile — revenue, margins, returns in one place.
02Why you do not need to migrate the whole shop
WooCommerce, Shopify, and custom builds have an API or at least an export. Most of the pain is not in the shop itself but in what happens after an order is placed — and that can be fixed without touching the platform.
Migrating a shop is risky and expensive. We only do it when the platform genuinely holds you back, not as a first step.
03A chatbot in a shop
It handles questions about products, delivery, returns and sizing well — everything that is written down. “Where is my order” needs a link to order status, or the bot just repeats what is already on the site.
For a complaint or a damaged parcel it should pass the whole conversation to a person. There is more on this in the article on chatbots for online shops.
Frequently asked
- Which shop platforms can you work with?
- Ones with an API or an export — WooCommerce, Shopify, PrestaShop and custom builds. We build the integration onto the platform you have.
- Can the chatbot tell a customer their order status?
- Yes, with a link to the order system or the carrier and after checking identity. Without one it repeats only generic delivery information.
- What does connecting a shop to accounting cost?
- For cloud accounting with a REST API roughly €800 to €2,000; for locally installed packages €1,500 to €4,000 including deployment.
