77Fitness is a fitness brand in Bratislava. The same questions arrive every day — how memberships work, whether there is still room in a class, what to bring on a first visit, whether the gym is open on a public holiday. The answers already existed, spread across their site and their materials; someone was just retyping them into chat and e-mail.

What they wanted was narrow and clear: take those questions off the front desk without putting a wall between a visitor and a person.

02Built from their site, not skinned

Their site was measured rather than eyeballed. Outfit as the typeface, one 12px corner radius used everywhere, #0F0F0F under everything, and the magenta #D909C4 that sits on their buttons and in the lighting of every photograph.

The chatbot uses the same values, split by what a colour is for: magenta on anything you can press, their blue only ever in light — the glow behind the conversation, the hairline under the header. Opened on their site it reads as part of it, which is the point. A bot that looks borrowed gets treated as borrowed.

03Answers from their material, and a way out

It answers only from 77Fitness's own pages and documents, and when the material does not cover something it says so instead of guessing. It does not quote prices or dates it cannot source.

Every conversation has one obvious move to a person, and when a visitor takes it the whole exchange goes with them — nobody has to describe their problem a second time. Each chat leaves a transcript, which is the cheapest research the brand has into what people actually ask before they walk in.

04What it runs on

It sits on 10T's chat platform: retrieval over the client's own content, a person kept in the loop, hard limits on abuse and on running cost, and both Slovak and English. The knowledge is refreshed from their site, so the answers move when the site does.
